Image War Of The Worlds actor, Tom Cruise, said he proposed to girlfriend Katie Holmes early Friday at the Eiffel Tower.





Speaking at a Paris news conference alongside Holmes, who was wearing a ring, Cruise said, "Yes, I proposed to her . . . it was early this morning at the Eiffel Tower, so I haven't slept at all."
